"Yukata/Kimono" Class

What is "Yukata"?
"Yukata" is a casual cloth made of light cotton, worn in summer, and it normally has very brightly coloured design on it. Today people in Japan mainly wear the Yukata in the summer festivals such as "Bon-Odori".
In addition, people wear it in traditional inns in Japan. In attending festivals and public occassions, people wear it with a wider belt, called "Obi", which can be simply wrapped around the waist and tucked in at the end. For more formal appearance, People wear the Yukata not only with Obi but also with a matching wooder sandal, called "Geta", and drawstring bag, called "Kinchaku".
