What is JICA-NET? |
|
JICA-NET
is a high speed telecommunication infrastructure in Japan and some other
Asian countries to be contributed to the people and society of the developing
countries.
It has been located at the Laos-Japan Center since October 2003,
and used for the Distance Learning System in the Business Course.
